Letter of Authority
Before we can act as an energy adviser on behalf of any client, we request a signed Letter of Authority (LOA) to carry out the necessary data gathering for pre-service analysis (such as consumption data and copies of billing invoices).
The LOA also provides authorisation for us to manage administrative notices on your behalf. As an example, this means that rather than you having to deal with contract termination matters, we can manage these on your behalf – reducing your administration and ensuring that such documents are dealt with in a timely manner.
Completing the LOA does not obligate you to sign up for any UES Energy contracts or services and is standard practice in the energy supply and utility industry.
Please follow these simple steps to submit a Letter of Authority to UES Energy:
- Print out the Letter of Authority template (see link below) on your company letter-headed paper.
- Complete and sign the Letter of Authority.
- Either email the completed Letter of Authority to firstname.lastname@example.org or fax to 029 2002 2889. Alternatively, feel free to send the document back to your UES Energy Client Manager directly.
