UES Energy expands to the Midlands
We have appointed Chris Cakebread to a new role as a Key Client Manager in the Midlands.
Chris has extensive experience in the energy industry, working with both public and private sector clients including two major projects with local authorities in the Midlands. His work has also encompassed both smart metering and energy bureau services.
His appointment is a key step in the expansion of UES Energy’s operations in the Midlands. The company has clients in all business sectors across the UK but has always provided its services to them from its South Wales base. Chris will be based in Worcester and will build on UES Energy’s already extensive client base in the region.
Andrew Diplock, Managing Director of UES Energy, said: “UES Energy has been working with both public and private sector clients in the Midlands for many years, helping them to reduce their energy costs and their environmental impact. Our position here is strong and we see the Midlands as an important market place for us.
“Now the time is right from a strategic point of view for us to create a role that is dedicated to expanding our client base in this region. We needed someone with plenty of experience and an extensive knowledge of both the energy sector and the business scene across the Midlands. Chris Cakebread fits that bill perfectly and we’re delighted to welcome him aboard.”
